Matt Crismore was born and raised in central Illinois and graduated from Missouri State University in 2002. He is a long time resident of Webster Groves, MO, where he lives with his wife and two boys. Matt started his career in the mortgage industry, but soon after found his calling in the insurance side of things. The Crismore Agency was founded in 2009. Since then, it has been his passion to grow the agency with an emphasis on helping buyers through the home purchase process providing homeowners insurance. Personally, Matt enjoys family time, travel, cooking and all things outdoors.

Doug Knight is a licensed agent and has worked for The Crismore Agency since March, 2013. Doug comes from a business management and hospitality background so his business passion is to help his clients reduce risk and increase profitability while hopefully being able to have a laugh along the way. His personal goal is to do his part to make the world a better and happier place while trying to bring joy to those around him. When not spending time with family and friends, Doug actively donates and volunteers to numerous local charities and organizations whenever he’s able to help.

Matt Gish is a sales agent at The Crismore Agency. He is extremely passionate about learning all the intricacies of the business so to better assist his customers with all of their needs. Personally, Matt values family, friends, and serving his community volunteering as a youth sports coach in his home town of Pacific Missouri. After high school In Pacific he obtained a marketing degree from Southwest Missouri State University and he now resides in Ballwin. He enjoys most any sport or outdoor activity in his free time, especially coaching his nephews.
Amy started working with The Crismore agency in 2016 as a licensed customer service representative. Currently, she serves as the office manager of the Kirkwood location. Prior to working for the agency, she worked for another insurance company doing Auto and Home claims reporting from 2008-2015. Amy graduated from Webster University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations in 2016. Her drive in the work place as in life is to treat people how she would like to be treated. Amy says, “It’s a simple idea but making people feel like they are heard and they matter is one of the most important things someone in the service industry can do.” Personally, she has a variety of interests outside work which range from costuming, crafting, to toy collecting.
Eva Lovasco has been with The Crismore Agency at the Saint Peters office since early 2018. As the St. Peters Office Manager and CSR, she assists our members with policy changes, billing questions, and other client needs.
Eva lives in Saint Charles County with her husband, Tony. When not in the office, she enjoys crafting, spending time with friends and family, and working to make our country, state, and metro a bit more free.
